It's Easy to Book A Wedding
- I've set this site up to make it easy for my
couples to book their Maui weddings. On this page I'll take you step by
step through what you have to do:
 1. Learn about Maui weddings. That's what my
website is for. Most of the information you need is right here. If you
don't see everything you need, give me a ring and we'll answer all of
your questions. Once you have a pretty good idea what you want, you are
ready to begin planning your Maui wedding.-

2. Call us to inquire about your date.
Because our prices are so inexpensive, our calendar fills up fast. So be
sure and call us right away to check on the date you want. The more
flexible you are, the more likely we can book the wedding of your dreams
on our calendar.

- 3. Book your wedding with Maui
Weddings For You. All you need do is call us and use your credit
card to book your wedding with a $200 deposit. (The deposit is
non-refundable, so make absolutely sure you're ready to book). After you
book, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail showing the date and time of
your wedding.

- 4. Now book your
travel. It's always wise to book your travel after you have nailed
down your wedding date on our calendar. Of course, you can check on
availability before you book your wedding (especially if it is a busy
travel season), but it is probably best to book your travel after your
book your wedding.

5. Receive your final confirmation. About a month before your
wedding, we'll send you an email with your final confirmation which will
spell out exactly the services you have ordered and what your remaining
balance is. This is the time you'll want to call us to confirm that
everything is okay and then to send your final payment.

6. Enjoy your Maui dream wedding in Hawaii.
Now, all you have to do is come and get married.

- If you check around, you will find that our
Maui wedding packages are very affordable. We can do this because of
our experience staff who help us offer quality service and reasonable

What is Our
Cancellation Policy?
There are occasions when it becomes necessary for a couple
to cancel their wedding. The greater the amount we are given, the more likely
it is that you can get some of your money back. But the opposite
is also true. The less time you give us before your wedding, the less money
we will be able to refund.
Our $200 deposit is non refundable no matter when a couple
cancels. The reason for this is that we will have incurred costs on all the
incoming calls on
our 800 number. We will also spent a lot of time placing all of the details of your
wedding into our records, and once a wedding is cancelled, we must undo all of
the coordination work that we have previously done for the wedding. This is why the deposit
is non refundable.
If you cancel your wedding 30 days or more before the ceremony

for any reason whatsoever -- we will refund your entire balance -- less your
$200 deposit & and any non-refundable site or vendor fees. For
cancellations closer than 29 days before the wedding or less, you will receive one
half of the total billing back minus any non-refundable site or vendor fees. For
cancellations
less than seven days before your wedding date, no refunds will be granted.
These polices are in effect to give our couples the
freedom to cancel if it becomes necessary, but to encourage you to do so
with as much time in advance of your wedding date as possible. Our vendors
will often have turned down other weddings in order to be able to perform
at your wedding. The closer your cancellation is to your wedding date, the
less likely it is that they will be able to book another wedding. So, if
you must cancel, cancel early.
This page refers to our cancellation policy. If you
decide to postpone your wedding date, instead of canceling it completely,
talk to me and I'll work with you. Keep in mind that postponed weddings
that are eventually cancelled will not be refunded.
Late or Unpaid Balances
We require the balance due on each wedding to be
paid 30 days prior to the wedding date. If the balance is not paid, the
wedding is subject to cancellation. Wedding balances that are not paid 14
days before the wedding (if not cancelled by us), will be subject to a
$200 late payment fee.
